This lady was an amazingly insperational women and she was and still is my nan. She made me smile everytime I saw her and even when she couldnt speak or move she made her eyes glimmer as if to say please dont cry ....There were many times in her younger years that she made me laugh....Nothing has ever beaten her roast dinners and i'd change other plans if there was a chance to get an invite. She had the biggest heart of anyone i know....all the family used to go to her house and myself and my brother would run around and around the house playing army with the walkie talkies Nan gave to us and when all the parents said to "Calm down" she'd be the one to say "ohhh just leave them its only a bit of fun" ....We played scrabble for hours and all the laughs we had were amazing. It will take a long time for life to be back to any where near 'normal' for anyone who knew her xx Nan touched many and always put others before herself. She was the most amazing person and always had advice to give and a joke to make...The meals we used to go out for made me laugh...I remember being in Frankie and Fennies and her telling me she thought the waiter was 'rather fine' LOL She was always such a bubbly person and I think the thing that eventually made me realise she wasnt feeling the same was when I saw her in her perjamas with "no face on" as she liked to call it ...She was always dressed up even just to go to the pier,....All the times we had on the beach and when we went to Eurodisney in Paris was sooooo much fun....When shopping with a close friend in Asda Jacob and myself lost them and I was convinced he was called Graham, so I walked around calling "Graham" and put Nan in stitches to be shouting out totally the wrong name so I wouldn't find him anyway... all the New Year get togethers we had and all the support she has offered to me and my whole family. She even touched people who only met her once or twice and i'll never forget her smile and the way she said ..."Megs" (shes the only one who said it like that). I would give anything to hear her voice one more time xx She was a diamond ....a precious gem and she will be in my heart forever .....better than that she runs in my veins and no-one can ever take that away. Nan, you have helped to make me who I am today and i'm sooooo proud of you, you were always so brave....2 songs that remind me of my Nan are "Talking to the moon" by Bruno Mars...shes not just a star she is the moon and "You'll be in my heart" By Phil Collins xxx Love you Nan xxx Take care of all the other angels until we meet again ..Megan "Lily May" Tierney :') xx
